These Terms of Use govern the relationship between Kroky (hereinafter — the "Service") and the user. By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree — please do not use the Service.

3. Description of Services

Kroky provides online tools for creating and downloading resumes in PDF format. Basic templates are available for free. Premium templates are available for a one-time fee and remain unlocked permanently after purchase.

4. Payment

• Payment for premium templates is processed through the WayForPay payment service.
• Accepted payment methods: Visa / Mastercard bank cards.
• The price of each template is listed on the template page.
• All prices are listed in USD and include all applicable taxes.
• Payment is one-time — no subscriptions or automatic charges.

5. Service Delivery

All services are digital. Access to the purchased premium template is granted automatically immediately after payment confirmation — no waiting or physical delivery.

6. Refund Policy

• Since the Service provides a digital product with instant access, refunds after successful payment and access to the template are generally not provided.
• Exception: if due to technical reasons access to the purchased template was not granted after a successful charge, you have the right to contact d.yarch@ukr.net within 7 calendar days from the payment date.
• After verifying the non-delivery of the service, funds will be refunded within 5 business days to the card used for payment.
• To cancel a transaction, contact d.yarch@ukr.net with the date, amount, and email address used during payment.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means your acceptance of the updated terms.
